Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Cancellations can be made up until 3 hours before your booking, for which you will receive a full refund. If cancelling within 3 hours of your booking, we will not be able to refund you. Extensions for late arrivals will not be permitted. Refunds for no-shows will not be given. If you wish to amend a future appointment to a different time, please cancel your original booking and make a new one. Then please contact us and we will ensure that a full refund is given for the original slot. We reserve the right to close the field at any time and give a full refund.
